Meet The Chef
Oliver Jablonski is the founder of Evolve Meal Prep. What was once a vision has now become a reality.
After a twenty year career in the hospitality industry working in many diverse environments ranging from fine dining to organic hipster cafe's to hotels and boutique catering.
He is now implementing his skills and knowledge into Evolve Meal Prep!
The idea came organically as he was balancing family life with his wife and two young children whilst operating the kitchen of a private Club in New Farm.
Whilst meal prepping for his family he saw the effort it took to prep, cook and package the meals.
The idea was put into motion!
Evolve Meal Prep was born!
